Dise is a mobile banking app designed for a microfinance bank. It offers a seamless and user-friendly experience for managing finances, tailored to meet the needs of individuals and small businesses. The app features secure banking, easy loan applications, and financial planning tools to empower users in their financial journeys.
The Problem
Many individuals and small businesses in emerging markets face challenges in accessing financial services due to complex banking processes and limited financial literacy. This leads to financial exclusion and hinders economic growth.
The Goal
Dise aims to bridge this gap by providing an intuitive and accessible mobile banking platform. Our goal is to simplify banking, enhance financial literacy, and promote financial inclusion, enabling users to efficiently manage their finances and achieve their financial goals.

We conducted extensive user research to understand the needs and pain points of our target audience. Through surveys, interviews, and usability testing, we identified key insights:
